Final Dynotesting

Finally, the unit is retested under a final load. Before we send you out on the road, it is our responsibility to ensure you will be 100% satisfied with the end product.

Your safety and approval is of the utmost importance to the Hydra Steer staff. Every single unit that leaves our shop must meet the ISO 9001 standards, as well as meeting or exceeding OEM requirements.

To ensure we meet these standards, all steering boxes and pumps are hooked up and tested on our Dyna-Steer analyzer.

This machine simulates real world road conditions by testing for symptoms such as:

     • Wander
     • Internal and external leakages
     • No recovery
     • Oversteering
     • High steering effort
     • Torsion bar alignment
     • Lost motion
     • Output torque
